Its been 98 days since I file my amended return

It can take the IRS 16 weeks or longer to start processing an amended tax return.

it varies, up to 16 weeks in some cases but it all depends on how many amended returns need to be reviewed and what you changed. Once the IRS accepts it or it's mailed, Turbotax receives no further info on its status. have you used the IRS website to check it
