It says the money was deposited in my account but it absolutely was not. Where is it?

Yes. Why does that matter? I've done this year after year and now all of the sudden there is a problem.

Once Where's My Refund? shows "Refund Sent" and a date, it could take up to 5 days for it to be reflected in your bank account, it all depends on the bank, how and when funds are credited. If you used the Refund Processing Service (Turbotax fees deducted from your Federal Refund) this can add more time for it to be reflected in your account also.
