It says that I got a big refund and I didn't get it yet why is it saying that

What says that you got a refund?

The TurboTax Tax Home website is only giving you an estimate of when you should receive a federal tax refund, based on the 21 day target set by the IRS.  It is 

NOT

 a Guarantee.

 

Only the IRS website has the information concerning your federal tax refund - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

What does the IRS website indicate?
