It said that my refund was sent to a bank but I do not have a bank account how do I receive my moneyI was supposed to get a card in the mail I’m frustrated

The IRS uses "bank" as a generic term to refer to anything that has a routing and account number.  Your card has a routing and account number, as does the third party bank that will process your refund if you chose to have your TurboTax Fees deducted from your refund.
