It’s says that my credits and debits are wrong and my acct is under review and no one is gonna send me a letter?? So I am screwed

Intuit despite me paying for every extra service is refusing to help me bc theirs isn’t sending me a letter and I am about to lose electricity and have no foodorgas

This is a user community forum, and we don't know what the situation is with your return, or if you will get a letter from the IRS, but if you are having an economic hardship and having trouble getting info from the IRS, you can contact the free IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service.  They are especially prone to help if someone is having an economic hardship or an immediate financial threat.   Each state has at least one TAS office you can phone, and there is a national office as well.
