It's been over 21 days since my return was accepted. I'm a non filer only filed for the Recovery Rebate credit who haven't I got my refund yet? No bars on WMR

Have no bars on the WMR site, refund was filed and accepted on February 9th, lost bars after February 17th. Message reads your refund is still being processed.....

The bars usually disappear after 21 days, but the IRS is still processing a backlog.

There’s a backlog!? Is this the reason many people, myself included do not have their returns sent???
