It's been longer than 21days and the refund tools are no help. I got accepted on the 24th of January. When will it be in my account?

You can call the IRS at 1-800-829-1040 to check your return. When calling the IRS do NOT choose the automated Option 1. Choose the option that will allow you to speak with an agent. After 21 days they can check the status of your return. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3302330
