It's been 8 weeks since I faxed IRS my updated 1095-A and I still haven't recieved my tax return. Should I mail the information? I have no idea if they recieved the fax.

Hard to say since the IRS processing centers are mostly shut down and incoming mail is being stored - not opened.

Any tax return that requires hand processing will probably have long delays. Mailed returns are not being processed at all at this time. Most phone service has been curtailed.
