It's been 20 days since I filed and the IRS still says it's being processed and the bar that was on top of the screen is gone. Should I get worried and who do I need to contact to see what is going on

Did you claim Earned Income Tax Credit and/or an Additional Child Tax Credit? If so, this could delay your return a bit. The soonest dates for the EIC and ACTC claimers are late February.

Keep checking on your return through the IRS website because they update regularly.
