It has been over a month, I have yet to receive my tax return. I have already verified with the IRS and the bank listed on my return plus verified the routing/account #.

I have also checked the IRS website on the refund status, and it lists that the refund was sent a while ago in April 2024.

Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees by having them deducted from your federal refund?  If so, the problem could be with the third party bank that handles fund processing.

 

What is Refund Processing Service?

 

 

 

 

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

First you need to check the IRS refund site to see if your refund was issued, and look to see how much they issued.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
