It has been 2 1/2 weeks since I e-filed, why is the still no information on the irs website on our taxes? (I had an expert do my taxes) I go to where’s my refund and put the info in and it still

That has been happening a lot lately.  Most likely an IRS updating backlog.

@SweetieJean The irs where’s my refund only tells me the the information I have put it doesn’t match anything they have and is incorrect. I have confirmed with turbo tax that I AM putting in the correct information. Also on my efile status on TurboTax it shows accepted by the irs. So how can it be accepted if they have no record of it? 

The IRS WMR site has been saying that a lot.  Most likely a glitch at its end.
