Is there anything I can do when I haven't received my return 3 months later?

I am living abroad and completed my return via TurboTax but had to mail it due to being in Europe. That was in February. I received confirmation via certified mail that it was received and have yet to receive my refund. Is there anything I can or should do?

Per the IRS, paper returns are taking approx 6 months to process. All you can do is wait.
