Is there any way to still select refund advance? I have not technically filed but selected to deposit into my credit karma account, and now the option is not there.

E-filing is not open yet, so no, you have not filed your return.   As for whether you can still get the advance, no one in the user forum is involved with the advance, so we do not know --- you might just not be eligible.
