Is there another way to get paper forms . I do not have a way to print one.

Where can I Get Fed. & STATE forms  other than on line printing

The IRS will mail them to you free of charge however they are not sending any right now...  See your state website for state forms.

Your local library "may" have some  or  you "may" be able to print them off line.

 

Ask a friend or family member to print them off for you.

Public library possibly.  Post Offices used to have blank tax forms, perhaps large one still do.   Download the forms from the IRS  and State website to a thumb drive and take it to a FedEx office or other print service.
