Is there an error in the State of Nebraska 1040N? I originally filed and the credits for line 35 and 36 pulled though and in my amendment it is not any longer

I had to make a non monetary change to my return and immediately upon opening turbo tax changed the value of my refund and is suddenly saying I owe.  Upon further investigation TTax is no longer pulling lines 35/36 credit through onto the 1040N.  The data is entered and available but it is not pulling through onto the return thus changing the overall state of Nebraska tax liability.

You are referring to the earned income and property tax credits. I suggest you compare the entries on those lines from the return you filed to your return from the previous year and if they look reasonable, the return was likely filed correctly.

There may be an issue with how the program is working with your computer. It may help to clear the cache and cookies on your computer and then restart you computer as this may allow the program to function properly.

@ThomasM125 I am reading through other posts and others are having issue with the software not pulling the values into lines 35/36 even though the data is entered.  I cleared history and cache and deleted the amendment.  I login and the value of my Nebraska return is now different than it was when turbo tax filed.  Again it is missing lines 35/36 for 2022.  They are blank even though the data is in the background.  I think there is something wrong with the coding.  It should be pulling these numbers through.  Also for 2022 35/36 are not earned income they are Credit for school district property taxes (form PTC) and credit for community college property taxes (form PTC)
