Is there a way to still apply for this loan?first year filing with tt and so far it has been a true hassle!

I wanted to apply for refund advance but never saw the option. I filed with turbotax and my return had been accepted and I have received the tt card. Is there a way to still apply for this loan and if so how? Tjis is my first year filing with tt and so far it has been a true hassle!

 TurboTax does not routinely offer refund loans. They are testing cash advances on a debit card, but the test is only available in 15 states, only available to users of TurboTax online, only available on certain dates, and you must meet other qualifications. If you are eligible for the cash advance offer, you will see it during checkout.
