Is there a way to just print my return and mail it in instead of filing electronically in turbo tax? I need to include form 8889 that I just printed from IRS?

In the File section of the program on Step 3 you are given the choice to either e-file the tax return or print the tax return for mailing.

filing by mail causes a great delay in processing your return. They're several months behind processing mailed in returns. 
Efile it if possible.  The program automatically completes form 8889 once you enter HSA information into TurboTax there's no reason to mail it.
