Is there a way to get a copy of your W2s you files on your 2022 tax return?

Yes, if you scanned and stored your W-2 forms in the Documents section of TurboTax, you can retrieve them. Note, this is not an option included in the free version of TurboTax.

To check for your 2022 documents:

1. Sign in to the account you used in 2022.
2. Select Documents on the left. 
3. Change the dropdown to View documents from: 2022.
4. If you stored documents here, they will show on the list. 

If you don't see any stored documents, you will need to contact your employer or the IRS to get copies of your prior year documents. Follow this link for more.
