No, there is not an expected date for every individual, nor is there any information about tracking it.

Treasury Secretary Mnuckin stated that direct deposits are EXPECTED to arrive between April 9th and April 14th - it also depends on your bank's ability to process all those direct deposits.  There is no 'expected date' for every individual.
