Is there a delay on my refund I filed and was accepted 1/20/25 and there is no movement

Since your return is already received by the IRS you do not need the IP Pin, but you will use one next year. 

 

If the IRS is requesting you to verify your ID, they will send you a letter in the mail.

 

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund.
