The dates for receiving a tax refund after it has been accepted by the IRS are only estimates based on the IRS target of sending a tax refund after 21 days from the date it was accepted by the IRS.  This is a target only and not a guarantee.

After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then a date for Sending will be available on the IRS website.

My estimated refund date was 2/12/19- I still haven't received my refund. I've tried the IRS website to track the refund, and it says it has no info available. Does TurboTax update their website when they received updated date info?

Hi! Have you received your refund since you last posted in February? My estimated refund date according to Turbo Tax is today, however when I use the IRS app it has now switched to saying No Info Available.
