Is the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card a faster method to receiving our refund versus direct deposit

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. But, direct deposit seems to be the fastest way to receive your refund if you are getting one.
