Is the system overload on the documents section? I have had just a circling black line for the last 30 or more minutes since I tried to access to download my tax info

You can try these steps to resolve if you are using the online version:

  • Clearing your Cache and Cookies
  • Using a different browser
  • Opening an Incognito Window
