Is NYS not open for Accepting Taxes yet? My Federal Tax Return was Accepted on 1/16/2024 but NYS is still pending as of 1/30/24. Was I too early?

NYS is still pending 14 Days later. Is this normal or are they open later for filing this year? No info found on Google

Tax season officially opened January 31, 2024. This is when most states start accepting returns.
