Is My Return taking a, long time to be accepted because I have an advance?

Your tax returns will remain Pending until the IRS starts receiving tax returns.

So after efiling I was toldi qualified for a 2,000 advance on my return.   Was approved on 1.27. At 6:17 pm Est and it's 8:02 pm Est, still no advance when calling the Turbo card the, lady told my I didn't qualify because I didn't receive a email??????  What in the world I would've choose to get my refund, direct deposit instead of this card?

Check your junk mail to see if the email happened to be sent there.  Pre-approval for a refund advance is on a case by case basis.  For additional information, view the FAQ here: https://turbotax.intuit.com/refund-advance/

The refund advance program is run through First Century Bank, a partner site, and they are responsible for determining if you qualify. https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/refunds/help/about-refund-advance/00/27333
