Is it true that to get tax refund on enerald card u got to cakl customer service to get right acct and routing number

Do I have to call emerald card customer  service to get routing number

If you want your refund direct deposited to ANY bank account (that is what the debit card is ) you must have the routing and account number for the transfer ... so do what you need to do to get that info if you want to use the debit card account for the deposit.
