Yes. Mine has always been approved in a few days after acceptance.  This year it was accepted on the 11th and not a thing since. 

Due to the late start  millions more returns piled up  which is causing a bottleneck  and then add the checking of the stimulus line 30 on every return it is no surprised that the system is running slower than normal.
