Is Green Dot bank affiliated with TurboTax? I think I received my refund from them.

If you chose to get a prepaid TurboTax Visa it was issued by Green Dot.  And Green Dot is the third party bank if you have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund.  They take out the fees and send you the rest of your refund.
