Is anyone having issues getting their federal refund deposited/released on The turbo card?

Filed 2-1, accepted 2-2, 4464c letter 2-19, federal refund approved 3-14 with a direct deposit date of 3-18. Filed free, no fees taken out, DID receive the refund advance of $2000, which deposited into my account connected to the turbo card just fine, no hitches. Just been hearing horror stories about this card and people never getting their refunds deposited. I know this for sure; I will never use Turbo Tax ever again and certainly will never get my refund deposited onto a prepaid card such as this again.

Since you did use the refund advance, this means Turbo Tax will need to deduct the refund advance from your return prior to depositing the refund.

The refund will be sent from the IRS to Santa Barbara Bank, so they can deduct the amount of the refund advance, then they will deposit the remainder of the refund to your Turbo Prepaid Visa.

You can track your refund at the Santa Barbara website by clicking here
