The IRS will be sending you a letter after the federal tax refund is issued explaining what they changed on your tax return to reduce the amount of the refund. If you disagree with their explanation there will be a process in the letter for how you should respond.
Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
