IRS use my previous address and a bank I no longer use. I have file this years taxes, but no change. What can I do?

Are you saying you filed a tax return this year and didn't change the incorrect address and incorrect bank account? If that is not what you are saying, what do you mean? Where is it you are trying to make a change?
