Irs track refund tool keeps saying they haven't received my return, who do I need to contact?

How long ago was your e-file accepted?

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund.  Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.  

 

Your federal refund amount is on line 34 of your Form 1040

Yea I know the difference between fed and state and the total of everything. Just going to call irs today make sure they received it then not worry about it anymore till j get it. Thanks for at least responding

Did you wait at least 24 hours after acceptance before using the WMR tool?

 

Try phoning the IRS refund hotline.  I've seen it work for some users when the WMR tool didn't.
