IRS site said my stimulus would be deposited 5/6/2020. Never got the $ or the letter. I would like to not pay my taxes and have IRS keep my stimulus.

If this is permissible, how do I account for it accurately with TurboTax? TIA from a long term customer.

No.  They are separate right now.  Next year on your 2020 return you can reconcile the Stimulus amount on your tax return if you didn't get the right amount.

The only thing the stimulus check will be taken is for unpaid child support ... so pay the 2019 balance due now so you don't incur penalties and interest.
