IRS shows they received and are processing return, but Turbo Tax says they have yet to accept.

This morning where's my refund updated and shows they have received and are processing the return, but turbo tax shows that they have yet to accept the return. I pre qualified for the advance but can not receive it until IRS accepts the return. If they only need to accept but not approve the refund, why has it not updated?

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
