No it was not rejected. It got accepted today and turbo debit card people are saying the irs has the wrong birthday which isn’t true because the birthday is right. I think I got scammed and I’m about to get a lawyer to get my money that is on the card off of it. I can’t use the card that was sent to me because of the birthday situation. It’s a null and void card and I want my money!

Could you please clarify what card that the IRS is referring to that is being rejected because of the birthday?

If your date of birth has been entered correctly in TurboTax, then call the Social Security Administration at 1-800-772-1213 to verify that their records are correct. If SSA records are incorrect and have to be updated, it can take up to four weeks to transfer the updated information to the IRS. Wait four weeks, and then re-file the return. If you can't get it corrected, then you will have to file a paper return for this year.

If you believe the contact was fraudulent and claiming to come from TurboTax you can send any suspicious email that you have received to https://security.intuit.com/

Do not respond to an email requesting personal information.

I talked live with someone earlier and they are going to try to resolve it. I’m going to get me a lawyer and get this taken care of! This is crazy that I have to wait even longer and may have to refile my taxes after they have already been approved by federal. Everything is correct on turbo tax. There shouldn’t be any reason I can’t get my money off the card. It seems like I’m not the only one that got caught up with this too. I’ve seen the reviews. They all suck

No it was not rejected. It got approved by the IRS. I just can’t get my money off the card because my card won’t activate due to then saying the birthday is wrong and it’s not

I’m currently in the same situation as you. My date of birth was entered incorrectly. I’ve been on hold all day, back and forth with Turbo and the card issuer. This sucks!
.. we’re you ever able to get it resolved?
