Irs said my payment was sent on 15th yesterday but I haven't received my payment yet

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return.  You will need to contact the IRS directly.

banks can hold funds for several days before actually crediting your account. call them or if you have web access do that and look for pending transactions

Did you notice that the IRS also tells you to allow 1-5 days for the refund to post to your account?
