It's Still not on my debit card and it's been 2 days since it said it would be on their..It has the cards direct deposit information but it's still not their.. Where's my money?

They only show the last 4 digits of the account on the debit card..The last for digits are the same.. like I said it says it was deposited on the 15th of April to the TurboTax green for card I don't know what bank it is on. Anyone know the bank's name? Anyone else having the same problem?
I've called the number and no one answers..It's a automated system.. Just says the same thing that there's no money on the card.. Same as the number on the card the does.. Asking the community is anyone else having this problem? Money from stimulus payment says it's sent to the debit card provided by TurboTax Intuit but there's no money on the card? Please help me figure this out! Is there a glitch? A waiting period? HELP ME 🙏
the IRS will be sending you a letter within two weeks that confirms how much and where the money was sent.
I'm still asking is anyone else going through the same thing??
@Keller7716 - do me a favor and get into your account at the Greendot website.
Check that the 'account number' is the number that the IRS has at this website. That is the only way direct deposit will work. do not assume your account number and the number on the card are the same! they may not be!
I guess what I am saying is that if the IRS says they direct deposited the money on the 15th to an account that doesn't match what Greendot has, it bounced back to the IRS and a check would be sent out.
Ok I'll just have to wait for the letter I guess to actually see the whole account number because they (IRS) onlys me the last 4 digits of the account number.. I just don't understand how it can be a mistake of an incorrect account number because that's the information that TurboTax Intuit gave them of the bank information that's associated with the debit card..I just can't believe that I'm the only one going through this problem...
@Keller7716 - did you verify the "account number" online at the Greendot.com website? is the same as the debit card or different?
I’m literally dealing with the same crap now. Same date and everything. I need my money. I moved 4 months ago and just updated address so if they paper check it will be 300 miles away in a strangers mailbox. I’m pissed I’m relying on this money. IF I get it. I’m gonna drain the account and turbo just lost a customer. It’s shameful !!!
My bank account number has all stars where the number should be and at the end it has the last 4 of my social.

Check the IRS website and update your bank information.
AGI is line 7 on your 2018 return and line 8B on your 2019 return. Refund is line 21a of the 2019 tax return. and line 20a for 2018
It dosent give me that option, never has and I try to tell people that.

Lmao! I thought I was the only one going thru this crap! Mine says the EXACT SAME THING! I have confirmed that the account info on my tax return is ALL 100% CORRECT, I have called my bank, called the treasurer, tried calling the irs but THEY'RE F***** CLOSED! ugh so frustrating! Still have not received mine. I’m pretty aggravated that we can’t even talk to a real person to sort it out. I wish I was getting the letter but unfortunately they are probably sending it to my old address even though I changed it on the 15th. This really puts me between a rock and a hard place
