IRS informed me my Taxes have been moved to the Error Dept...I am a System Admin and I quadruple check everything, not pleased with Turbo Tax currently.

Errors can arise from many things. For example, your employer failed to report your W-2, or reported something different.  Or you forgot to claim a state tax refund, or unemployment.

TT is unaware of any systematic issue.
