IRS.gov doesn't say I owe anything YET, not able to make payment plan

I got the message from TurboTax that we filed on March 30. A few days letter, I got an email saying that my tax has been accepted. We owe money. On 1040 line 37 there is an amount.  When visiting IRS.gov (now 14 days after we submitted tax through TurboTax). Under the current year to pay (2024) it says:

Your Information Is Not Available at This Time

If you requested an adjustment to your account your information will not be available until that transaction is complete.

Does this mean we have to wait? I got a message saying our tax return was "accepted". Am i looking for the word "completed"? and then there would be a finalized amount on the IRS.gov website? We just want to not be late with payment.

You will need to contact the IRS for information. It might be easiest to set up an account with them.

IRS Individual Online Account

  • Taxpayers with a Social Security number or an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number can create or access their IRS Individual Online Account to get information they need to file their return.
  • With an IRS Individual Online Account, people can:
  • View balance owed, payment history and schedule payments.
  • Cancel scheduled payments.
  • Get transcripts.
  • View or create payment plans.
  • See digital copies of some IRS notices.
  • View key data from their most recently filed tax return, including adjusted gross income.
  • Validate bank accounts and save multiple accounts, eliminating the need to re-enter bank account information every time they make a payment.
  • View, approve and electronically sign power of attorney and tax information authorizations from their tax professional.

If you don't want to be late go to IRS.gov Direct Pay page and pay the amount you owe.

If you can't pay it all, pay as much as you can.

IRS will bill you with interest for the rest.
