Intuit debit card

I have last years card.  Is this the one my refund will be on, or was I supposed to get a new one?  If so, I have not got it yet and don't know how to tell them without paying 30 dollars.

No; you are unable to use a Turbo prepaid Visa card from a previous year and must apply for a new one. The FAQ below will provide you with more details:
