injured spouse and account balance

I sent in my injured spouse form, and finally recieved update indicating they removed $xxxx amount from the non-irs debt it was applied too. I also see the 290 code with $0.00 and then a account balance showing -xxxxx. Since it indicates that a minus is a credit to the account, does that mean that's what I'm getting back as my refund? That is also the amount taken back from the spouse debt it was applied too. It also shows a minus on the right hand side.

I have no idea what "it" is that shows the code 290 and the negative amounts. But my guess is that those negative amounts have nothing to do with the balance on what you owe. I suspect those numbers indicate how much the debt is reduced by now. Whatever that debt may be. Back child support? defaulted student loans? Something else? I have no clue.
