Inherited fund in 2013. All Dividends reinvested since 2013. How do I find out the portion of the loss that is tax deductible?

I reinvested all dividends since inheritance.

Your question is not clear.  Details need as to what specifically did you inherit andd what generated the loss, if any?

Your cost basis is the value on the day you inherited them, plus any reinvested dividends or reinvested distributions.

Inherited stock or mutual funds is always Long Term.
