In addition, "turbotax" is not used. Report to the IRS again.

I have already submitted my tax return. Last year, my daughter did it for me. This is the first time my city filed my own tax return. I think it is incorrect. Can I ask an accountant to help me file another tax return with the IRS?

Not sure why you are posting here if Turbotax was not used, but IRS is Federal.  It has nothing to do with your City tax return.  You cannot refile a second return, but you could Amend it.  Which one are you asking about?
