Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund

Is the amount sent/issued by the IRS the same as the refund amount shown on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 35a? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If not, then go to this IRS website for information on reduced refunds - https://www.irs.gov/taxtopics/tc20

You have to ask the IRS.  If they send you a different amount they will send you a letter in a couple weeks.   You may have a prior tax due or an offset or they changed your return.  Are you checking  from the actual 1040 line 35a and not the total Turbo Tax showed you at the end?  State refund comes separately.  At the end Turbo Tax just shows you the net federal and state combined. But that is only for your info.
