if this is turbo tax support, I need help in accessing license and user information for prior years

can you help me access 2020 license information

TurboTax no longer supports nor provides updates for 2020 software so if you are trying to re-install it, that will fail.  Sorry.   TT is only providing support for 2021 and the subsequent years up to the current year.
