If they do my taxes wrong, do they refund the fee I paid to have them done?

When they did my state taxes, somehow they listed my tax amount they took from my checks as $350 more than it actually was, so my refund was less. Plus they were delayed because only 2 of my 3 W-2's was sent. Filed 3/19 and just got them today. I paid so I would get them back sooner. I paid $49 to have them done. Shouldn't I get a refund since they did them wrong?

@misssimonlee - Turbo Tax is a "do it yourself" software, so when you refer to "they" who are you refering to?

if one of your W-2's was missing, it was the taxpayer's responsibility to get that into Turbo Tax before submitting your taxes; again this is a 'do it yourself' software

The Turbo Tax guarentee will cover if the software was 'buggy' and created a tax return that was incorrect.

The Turbo Tax guarentee will NOT cover if the USER entered something incorrectly or failed to enter something (e.g. the 3rd w-2)

Turbo Tax has no control over how long the IRS or the State taxing authority taxes to process the return, so Turbo Tax won't cover that delay in any way.

does that make sense?

Who are "they"?  Your employer?  Turbotax?  Did you key in your W-2 forms yourself, or import them?
