If there was a problem with my tax returns would the IRS inform TurboTax

In other words how would I know  if there is a problem with my income tax will the IRS alert you since I have used you as my software

Only if the IRS rejects the transmission right away.  Once they accept it they don't tell Turbo Tax anything.
