If the IRS will issue refunds the week of February 27th does that mean I wouldn't get my fund until march since they only do direct deposits on Fridays

The IRS does direct deposits on Mondays and Wednesdays.

The IRS does direct deposits everyday ...and i filed on the 2nd and because of the "path act"nothing serious just IRS has to double check some of our info ...i will get my direct deposit on the 27th 🙂
