If the IRS refund tracker shows that I have to verify my identity, does this delay my refund? I've been checking the tracker regularly, could this have been the issue?

YES it does ... until you verify your ID as directed your return will remain in processing limbo. 

Thank you! But I'm still a bit confused because Turbo Tax shows that my refund was accepted and before today the IRS tracker showed it as received. Would the Turbo Tax status change if I did have to do something? I haven't received any letter from the IRS yet and not able to get through on ID.me to verify either....
