IF return was accepted on 2/13 and no refund irs .gov says still processing how do i reach irs when do to call volume cant take phone call message and then disconected

No notice to contact them is displayed to show problem but no explanation either

Due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic, the IRS is experiencing major delays; unfortunately you will just have to keep trying the phone line as well as keep checking the WMR tool for updates periodically. Maybe you can try calling early in the morning once they open which is 7am local time. If there is an issue, the IRS will send you a letter.
